My name is Marek Jurkiewicz. For more than two decades I built, ran, and grew companies in the real economy — from commodity trading, through production and export, to managing industrial, energy, and capital companies.
As CEO and Chairman, I co-built one of Poland's largest poultry producers, growing it to €100M in annual turnover with €5M EBITDA. I was responsible for strategy, sales, operations, people, crises, growth, and full P&L.
My education — University of Manchester and St. Clare's, Oxford — combined an international perspective with the practice of running businesses in Central and Eastern Europe.
Today I bring that experience into AI, automation, and new business models. I don't look at artificial intelligence as a technologist. I look at it as an operator, investor, and board advisor: where is the profit, where is the time being wasted, where is margin leaking, and where can technology create a real advantage.
I don't implement AI for the wow effect. I implement AI where it can improve the company's bottom line.
